What a week, or month, or year it has been! I guess I lose track. It seems like yesterday was November when I started this job. It’s been an interesting time thus far, and definitely challenging. 12 months ago I would have never guessed that I would be communicating with Senators and Representatives reguarly. I would have never guessed that I would travel to New Orleans for relief, only to come home and become responsible for the safety and livelihood of my community. I would never have dreamed that I would be writing memo’s that the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Interior will eventually review… Crazy eh? 23 years old and I’m negotiating with several tribes and the state of Oregon. Water’s rise and I have the National Guard, County, State, and Feds all ready to come assist.
I guess in the end its good that I chose Political Science as a major. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m going to go finish my last year and a half. But it would be so much easier if life wasn’t providing better opportunities for growth and education…
I guess this is it for now… It’s 10:15pm, and all I can think about is what I need to get done. I need to stop worrying so much and just work during the day…
Good night for now…
Another Day…

Welcome back to blogging, Josh. I’m trying to get back into it as well. Let’s try to outdo each other. That will help.
Have a good day today.
